Yoga in Pregnancy helps you to keep healthy and confident during a very special time of your life, boosting energy levels, improving postures, relieving minor ailments and keeping the body supple. Breathing techniques promote relaxation and play a key role during labour. Sharing experiences with other expectant mums is a great reminder that you are not alone. Please note there are not scheduled group classes at the moment.  Book online

Mums & Babies Classes

From 6 weeks+ Small groups organised on demand. Please contact me for details. Mum and Baby Yoga helps you to re-energise, to rebalance your emotions and to build self-confidence.  This is a great first step towards strengthening your core and pelvic floor and maintaining a balanced and healthy body.
